However, this is not an easy task and it requires
tremendous domain specific techno legal expertise. For instance,
e-courts in India are still evolving and till December 2014 we are
still looking forward to establish India’s first

For instance, the national litigation policy and the proposed
amendments in the Indian arbitration law must also include concepts

The services of Perry4Law diverge from very general to the most “Domain Expertise Based”. We take care of the requirements of our Clients and Partners through a “Pool” of talented workforce. The same comprises of Partners of Perry4Law, its Associates and others.

Obviously, the charges cannot be same for each Partner as well as for all assignments. It varies on case to case basis. If the “Domain Expertise” of the Partners of Perry4Law is required the charges would be highest. If the services are performed in association with the Associates or Consortium Partners of Perry4Law they are slightly on the lower side.

In all case Perry4Law is personally involved and would actively participate in the assignment. Since we charge on an “Hourly Basis” the fees or remunerations to be paid differs from person to person. For instance, if the services of Mr. Praveen Dalal, Managing Partner of Perry4Law, are required the charges would be highest. They would be on lower side for other partners and so on.

Similarly, if the services in the fields of Cyber Forensics and Cyber Security are required, the charges would be highest. Then comes the charges for Techno-Legal Services in the areas like Cyber Law, Due Diligence, E-Governance, E-Commerce, etc. In short, we have “Classified” our services as per the level of expertise required. We would charge on the basis of this classification and level of expertise required.
B. We have a set procedure that has to be complied with to seek our services. We provide various Techno-Legal Services in the following forms:

(a) Retainership Basis: In this model we ask for a “Retainership Amount” for initiation of our services. The same is, generally, 25% of the applicable costs for seeking our services. It may be more but in no case it would be less than this minimum slab.

(b) Panel Basis: We also provide service where you can empanel us. This is a more economical and durable in nature. To be empanelled on the board or platform of any person, institution, company, etc we charge a “Signing Amount” that is equivalent to Two Months empanelment costs to the concerned person. The same is duly refunded after the panel term expires after adjusting any dues in our favour.

(c) Lump Sum: In this arrangement we charge a “Lump Sum” amount that is pre decided and agreed upon.
